From Winter to Summer????

So the weather here in Dover has been crazy. We went straight from winter to summer with no spring. This past week the tempature has been in the mid 80's. Crazy!! I will say I am enjoying it though. 2 hands and 2 kids make for plenty of work, but it is so fun! Elias is such a joy, always a smile on his face...and I love it that Aeraci has started wanting hugs all the time. There is nothing better than when your 2 year old comes up and says "huggie" with her arms open wide. Aaron and I have started training for a triatholon and went for a 10 mile bike ride around Dover on Tuesday. We put the kids in the bike trailer and pulled them all around, they LOVED it. Aaron lets Aeraci keep his MP3 player so she has her music for the ride!

The picture of Aeraci is her outfit for the "royal wedding". We caught the end of it on tv and she went and got her hat and Elias's clip on tie and said she was ready to go to Amy and Gorges wedding (friends of ours that were married last month) It was so adorable!!!

Easter

So after 2 1/2 years in Delaware, I finally celebrated my first Easter in Dover!!! I was also able to attend our church theatrical production of "The Choice", the story of Easter. It was wonderful!! I was reminded again of all Christ did for me as he was cruicifed on the cross.

In addition to attending the production, the kids hunted Easter eggs in the front yard. Aeraci loves to hunt, and Elias mainly liked mom carring him around:) After church, we came home and had the typical Easter feast of ham and trimmings with Breanne who came down for the day.

Busy Life

So life has been a little hectic as of late. Aeraci is getting brighter by the minute, and the wheels in Elias' head are turning as he's finding out he can do more and more. I became a Pampered Chef consultant last month and am loving it. I wanted to earn some extra money to send Aeraci to preschool at our church this fall. I have only 3 weeks on the job and so far I'm loving it! I have already made a quarter of the first half of her tuition. It is so nice to get out of the house a couple nights a week, make money...and have fun doing it. Aeraci is talking all the time, in fact she will talk your ear off. She has finally mastered colors, and Aunt Bre is teaching her how to speak Korean. Elias is sitting up and rolling over, but is not interested in pushing himself up or crawling, so we have an appointment for physical therapy. Aaron is still working 12 hour shifts, 4 days a week. Right now he is in the process of planting the garden on his days off. We are looking forward to having fresh produce all summer!
